The firm was established in Antwerp in 1971. We intervene in all commercial matters, including but not restricted to Commercial Law in general, Debt Recovery, Maritime and Transport Law, Insurance Law, Arrest law, Enforcement of (foreign) judgments, Establishment of Belgian companies. The senior partner, Dr Karel Mul, is Dr. of Laws and holds several other degrees, among others in Maritime and Transport Law (summma cum laude) and Insurance Law (cum laude); he is the author of the Belgian chapter in "The Enforcement of Foreign Judgments", edited by Kluwer International. We correspond in English, Dutch and French and plead in all Belgian Courts.
