All apartments are carefully furnished in a contemporary design with an individual finish and fully equipped with high-quality appliances. Wi-Fi Internet, 'live' telephone lines, digital HD cable TV with 120+ channels of which 30+ English speaking, are available.  

We offer apartments that will provide you with your own private space with thebenefits of a hotel service with weekly service and linen changes. DVM Belgium's variety of renovated buildings with their preserved unique period features and modern new builds ensures that we have a furnished solution that can accommodate all our clients' diverse tastes and needs. Each property offers free 'off-the-road' or underground parking, airport or train station taxi shuttle services to or from reserved DVM apartments are available upon request. DVM Properties are located South of Brussels, only 15 km away from the city centre with easy access to the Brussels main (Zaventem) International Airport. The properties are located in the historical town of Waterloo, Braine L'Alleud (border Waterloo) and Lillois-Witterzée (8 km South of Waterloo close to Nivelles), and all properties are close to local super markets, transport, shops, restaurants, banking facilities, business parcs and (international) schools.
